When you contact Curious Connections, you may provide a parent or guardian name, email address, a child's age, an Arizona city or area of interest, the service that interests you, and information included in your message.

Please do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used only to respond, discuss services, determine availability, understand geographic interest in future offerings, and communicate about possible enrollment. Curious Connections does not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

The website uses Formspree to receive and deliver inquiry submissions. Formspree processes the information entered in the form on behalf of Curious Connections. Website hosting and email providers may also process information only as needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries.

Access to inquiry information is limited to Susannah Young and the service providers needed to host the website and securely deliver or store submissions. Curious Connections does not give inquiry information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and protection

Reasonable steps are taken to protect inquiry information and retain it only as long as it is useful for responding, maintaining appropriate business records, or meeting legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information submitted through the website, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
